What differentiates one plan from another?
The number of agents who can use the system and the WhatsApp numbers you can connect. Not the sales volume.
When do I start paying on the Free plan?
Only when your sales registered and paid on the platform exceed $5,000,000 in the month. Above that threshold, you pay 1.5% on the excess.
Why are there caps if you already charge commission?
So you can project your maximum cost. Sell $10M or $1B in the month — you never pay more than your plan cap.
What counts as a "confirmed sale"?
An order counts when it's paid OR when it's marked as delivered — whichever comes first. The same order is never charged twice.
Are agent and number add-ons monthly?
Yes. Each additional agent costs $50k COP/mo and each extra WhatsApp number costs $100k COP/mo. No lock-in — add or remove anytime.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. The change applies at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties for upgrading or downgrading.
Is AI coming?
Yes. The AI add-on (intent classification, automatic replies) will be available soon. When activated, the commission increases by 0.5pp on your current plan.
